Install the free WPCode plugin
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New, search for "WPCode" (Insert Headers and Footers), then click Install Now and Activate. WPCode survives theme changes, so your widget stays put when you update your design.

Open the Header & Footer settings
Go to Code Snippets → Header & Footer in the sidebar.

Paste your snippet into the Footer box
Copy the snippet above, paste it into the Footer field, and click Save Changes.
✓ Check that it worked
Open your live site in a new tab (or an incognito window) and look for the chat bubble in the bottom corner. Give it a few seconds to load on the first visit.
