Open your site's HTML
Open the HTML file or template for your site. If your site uses a shared header or footer include, use that so the code appears on every page.

Paste your snippet before </body>
Paste the snippet above on the line just before the closing </body> tag, then save and deploy.

Using Google Tag Manager instead?
In GTM, create a new Tag → Custom HTML, paste the snippet, set the trigger to "All Pages", and Publish your container.
✓ Check that it worked
Open your live site in a new incognito window and look for the chat bubble in the bottom corner. Hard-refresh if you don't see it right away.
The snippet is a single <script> tag that loads asynchronously, so it won't slow your page down.
