Step by step

Open your site's Custom Code settings
In the Webflow Designer, go to Site settings → Custom Code.

Paste your snippet into the Footer Code box
Paste the snippet above into the "Footer Code" field (the one that loads before </body>), then click Save Changes.

Publish your site
Click Publish and confirm. Custom code does not go live until you republish — this is the most-missed step.
✓ Check that it worked
Open your published .webflow.io URL (or your custom domain) in a new tab and look for the chat bubble. If you don't see it, double-check that you republished after saving.
Footer code renders just before the closing </body> tag on every page of your published site.
