Install on GoDaddy
Adding a floating chat widget on GoDaddy takes a workaround — or let us handle it.
Your install snippet
<script id="dialogue-foundry-widget" type="module" src="https://djwdzs5n3r4m2.cloudfront.net/0.4/index.js" data-company-id="YOUR-COMPANY-ID"></script>- The GoDaddy Website Builder (Websites + Marketing) does not let you add code to the page <head> or footer. Custom HTML can only be added as a per-page section, and GoDaddy renders it inside an iframe — which usually prevents a floating chat bubble from displaying properly.
- Because of this, the most reliable option on GoDaddy is to let us install it for you. Click "Install it for me" below and we'll take care of it within one business day.
Don't want to touch code?
We'll add the assistant to your site for you — usually within one business day. No call required.
Just reply to your trial email, or email contact@untap-ai.com, and we'll install it for you.
Step by step
- 1
If you want to try it yourself: add an HTML section
Edit your site, go to the page where you want the assistant, click Add Section, search for "HTML", and add the Custom Code / HTML block.
- 2
Paste your snippet
Paste the snippet above into the Custom Code field and publish. Note that the widget will be confined to that section rather than floating over the whole page.
- 3
Prefer full-site behavior? Let us help
For a proper floating assistant on every page, use the "Install it for me" option below, or consider GoDaddy's Managed WordPress product where head/footer code is supported.
✓ Check that it worked
Publish your site and open it in a new tab. If the assistant only appears within one section (not floating), use the concierge option below and we'll get it working site-wide.
GoDaddy embeds custom HTML inside an iframe within the page body, which is why a floating widget needs a workaround here.
